The Teachers of Light remind us that spiritual evolution does not happen by leaving the body or figuring things out with the mind. True transformation happens from the outside in, bringing light right down into our physical cells, our bodies, our breath, our daily human experience.

We anchor the Light Body into our physical body, and in order to do this, we must be embodied.

Building a stable, reliable, compassionate relationship with the body is the key to embodiment. In creating relationship, & vocabulary with our bodies, we clear away old patterns of trauma, the "static" that distorts our beauty.

When we soften into deeply befriending our bodies, our Souls can truly come home.

Softening brings more beauty * Beauty clears the old static * Clearing static creates space for more softening *Softening expands the capacity to receive.

When we are versed in the movements of the body, we know unadulterated truth, for the body cannot lie, nor be lied to.  It becomes a magnificent & true compass, one we can rely upon  to navigate through all realities with integrity and success. Anchored by the body, the mind, relieved of being in the lead, can be of great service.

In service of the cleanest path towards well being, I have gathered practices that support embodiment, combining somatic practices and alchemy.

Participants are invited into a steady, unhurried space designed for one simple purpose:

to help us gently inhabit the physical body & receive the higher frequencies of light that are available to us right now.

Through engaging with *somatic experiences (*soma means the body), we bypass the thinking mind, mapping the wisdom of the body through sensory expression.

Together we focus on:

*Building Relationship & Vocabulary with your body: Discover how somatic reception feels in your unique field.  Developing a clear, authentic vocabulary through simple, practical every day lived experiences, writing prompts, and somatic experiencing exercises.

*Guided Somatic Entrainment: Benefiting from the communication of another body's attunement  we pick up the frequency being broadcast, not unlike a tuning fork.  Through quiet, gentle guided practices, you are invited to directly experience yourself a stable, coherent field. By simply being present in this container, your body naturally entrains to a calmer, higher vibration without effort or striving.

*Grounded Lived Experiences: Learning practical skills for integration, we move step-by-step through simple, tactile invitations, like learning the physical sensation of moving into and out of light, so frequency becomes a tangible, somatic reality rather than an abstract concept.  Here the capacity to remain anchored in the body, and read it's communication becomes second nature. This allows us to manage our own space and deeply connect with our innate intuitive capacities.  The body is the tool for perceiving all energies and information. Becoming masterful in this realm opens us to great potential.

Offered within a regulated container, a stable, radically compassionate space allows old density to softly fall away as you anchor more of your true self.  Together we soften into present time, and build a reliable, grounded foundation for your living Light Body.
