Together we engage in
Communion that Moves Consciousness
The devoted gardener does not pull the blossom apart.

She waits. With the water, soil, sun and wind, she waits to witness the blossom.

The blossom, in its own time, moves through stages,
a unique expression in the garden of it's own life.
Communion.

The art of sharing our thoughts and feelings with another is a sacred experience that can bring deep insight, great healing, and profound alignment with self. Our state of consciousness governs our state of reality, deeply impacting our access to wellbeing & happiness.

In my practice this experience is securely held within the following four movements;
Discover, Witness, Reflect, Cherish.

With each movement, the relational container strengthens, & the connection between us becomes richer. Building slowly, each layer opens the possibility of realizing, opens the lens of seeing & being seen. Moving forward in ways that enhance the nervous systems capacity to regulate, deepens our capacity for wellbeing.

Communing together, in this, curious, stable, reverent way, we blossom.

In practical terms, this means staying with the slowest parts of self. Engaging in nervous system regulation practices. Honouring the needs that arise. Tending lovingly to the wounded, hesitant, hidden parts of self, welcoming them into wholeness once more.

As the saying goes, the slower you go, the faster you get there.
