For this reason, Carbon to Crystal is offered over four phases, in progressive sets of six sessions, with pacing that naturally evolves as integration stabilizes.

Weekly sessions — Set of Six

This beginning phase supports orientation, safety, and foundational stabilization.

Recommended for clients who are new to working together, early in their developmental or spiritual process, exploring relational safety and interdependence.

Here we begin gently identifying patterns while strengthening internal and relational grounding.

Compression

Biweekly sessions — Set of Six

As stability grows, sessions shift to a biweekly rhythm, supporting deeper integration between meetings.

Recommended for clients who

have completed initial weekly work, are establishing consistent internal awareness

are ready to deepen relational repair.

This phase often strengthens self-trust while allowing emerging changes to settle into daily life.

Crystalization

Monthly sessions — Set of Six

This phase supports increasing autonomy and integration.

Recommended for clients who:

have established internal stability, are actively living their practice, expanding independent regulation and insight.

Sessions focus on refinement rather than restructuring.

Living Crystal

Standalone sessions

For clients who have completed the monthly phase and wish to maintain connection while refining specific areas.
